Continuous monitoring
Conditions change during work. Monitoring continues while the space is occupied.
Ventilation effectiveness
Blower capacity, duct length and placement determine whether the air actually changes.
Rescue capability
Entry provision includes tripod, winch and trained attendant; monitoring alone is not a rescue plan.
