Overview
AI-assisted safety monitoring applies computer vision to cameras you already operate, flagging situations such as missing helmets or high-visibility clothing in defined zones and giving supervisors both live prompts and trend information over time.
This is monitoring technology, not a substitute for HSE procedures, training or competent supervision. It works when it is scoped to a small number of well-defined rules in well-chosen locations, reviewed by named people, and treated as an input to the safety programme rather than an enforcement system.
As an ICT and ELV integrator, MTT delivers this alongside the camera, network and control-room infrastructure it already designs and maintains, so analytics fit the existing VMS and operator workflow instead of sitting in a separate silo.

Handle the alerts
An alert with no owner and no defined response is noise. Define who reviews, how quickly and what they do.
Detection is not proof
Results are indications for human review, affected by occlusion, distance and conditions. Expect and plan for false positives.
Privacy and governance
Purpose, zones, retention and access are agreed and documented before deployment, in line with site policy.
Not a replacement
Analytics support procedures, training and supervision. They do not replace any of them, and no compliance outcome is implied by the technology.
