An intrusion alarm system protects the building itself. Door and window contacts, motion detectors and glass-break sensors report to a control panel that is armed and disarmed by the people who use the building, and that raises sirens and notifications when a zone is violated. This is a different system from AI video intrusion analytics: the alarm system detects with physical sensors and acts through a panel, while analytics interpret camera images. MTT installs both, and connects them so that an activation can be verified on video.
