The architecture follows the building's floor plate: structured cabling and vertical fibre risers connect comms rooms floor by floor into a segmented core network carrying data, Wi-Fi, telephony and AV; access control and CCTV share the same visitor and audit workflow at lobbies, lifts and tenant doors; meeting rooms run a standard AV and UC design off the same network; and UPS-protected power keeps the comms room, access controllers and recorders running through a mains interruption long enough for generators or an orderly shutdown.

MTT field teams install to the approved drawings, with structured containment, labelled cabling and coordination around live operations and permit requirements.
Cabling is tested, systems are configured and functional tests are witnessed and recorded so the delivered performance is documented, not assumed.
As-built drawings, schedules, test results, configuration records and asset lists are handed over as the basis for future changes and maintenance.
Operators and site technicians are trained on day-to-day use, routine checks and the correct escalation route.
Preventive and corrective cover under an annual maintenance contract keeps the system supported, with an agreed scope and spares position.
Containment, comms-room provision, power and builder's work are agreed with the main contractor and consultant early, so ELV is not compressed at the end.
Meeting rooms, floor plates and door types are standardised so users get the same behaviour everywhere and support stays simple.
